Shipping Information
Which courier delivers my order and how long does it take?
We partner with reliable courier services such as POSTEX Courier(https://postex.pk/tracking). Orders are typically delivered within three working days, but some shipments may take up to seven days depending on your location. .
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an e‑mail with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your shipment at any time by entering that tracking number on the POSTEX tracking portal: https://postex.pk/tracking.
Do you offer International Shipping?
At present we ship within Pakistan only. For overseas orders, please contact us and we’ll try to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is PKR 200 per order. Orders over PKR 2500 qualify for free shipping.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. If an item is out of stock or defective, we provide store credit or an exchange.
Who pays the return shipping charges?
If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we cover the return courier cost. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping charges.
