We want you to love every purchase from Chaand Sitaray. If something isn’t quite right, you can exchange it within 21 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
Eligible items: Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Products that are washed, used or damaged will not be exchanged. Certain items such as undergarments, are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation e‑mail or packing slip).
Time frame: Requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.
Sale items: Items purchased at discounted prices may only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
Procedure: To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange or call our support line within 21days. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
Return shipping: If the item is being exchanged because of a mistake on our part (incorrect product or manufacturing defect), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For size or preference changes, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
Store credit: We do not issue cash refunds. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll provide a store credit voucher valid for your next purchase.
International orders: At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders.
Chaand Sitaray reserves the right to amend this exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
